Tom Cely is the owner and lead inspector of AccuPro Inspection Services — providing thorough, impartial, and clearly-explained home inspections across Augusta, Evans, Martinez, Aiken, and the surrounding Central Savannah River Area. Tom owns and operates AccuPro personally, which means when you hire AccuPro, you work directly with Tom himself.
What sets Tom apart is the depth of his experience. With more than 3,000 inspections completed since 2014, Tom has seen what homes hide — what first-time buyers miss, what builders sometimes overlook, and what the CSRA's hot, humid climate and housing stock can do to a property over time. Before founding AccuPro, Tom spent 15+ years in residential and light commercial construction project management and quality control — a background that informs every inspection he performs.
Tom is a South Carolina licensed Residential Home Inspector (License RBI 48737) and a Certified Residential Mold Inspector (CRMI). He completed a 120-hour Professional Real Estate Inspection Certification Program through Inspection Certification Associates (ICA), and he performs every inspection in accordance with the ASHI Standards of Practice. He holds a BS from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Augusta State University.
